Q. What countries to you ship to?
A. We ship (for free), to the UK, the USA, Australia, and the EU.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. As you can appreciate, we are really busy at the moment. However, we are aiming to get your order to you within 28 working days. However, please allow us a few days extra during this difficult period. All items are tracked to give you an idea of when it’ll arrive.

Q. My order hasn’t arrived or it’s damaged?
A. Please contact us here, and we’ll do our best to put things right.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We only accept PayPal as our payment method. It is safe and easy to use, and you can still pay via PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Q. Is this website safe to use?
A. It sure is! We use Comodo SSL technology to keep things safe. You can order from this website in confidence. As we use PayPal as our payment processor, we do not see nor store any of your payment information.

Q. Do I have to sign up for an account on here to buy from you?
A. No, no you don’t! You can checkout as a guest, you can create an account too, if you want.

Q. Will you be bombarding with spam emails once I buy something from you?
A. NO! We hate stuff like that, so we’re not going to start doing to others. We’ll only email you regarding your order – nothing else.

Q. Only part of my order has arrived?
A. If you have ordered more than one item, sometimes they will arrive in separate packages and at different times. This is not uncommon. However, please get in touch with us if you require further information.

Q. How do I care for my item?
A. Just wash it as required on a medium temperature setting and hang dry. Full care instructions will come with your item.
